Jcb Goldfields is based out of B2 in the Industrial Estate at Ak Nagar. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on around us. You hear trucks moving and machines running from early in the morning. It’s the kind of place where people are here to work, not to sit around. Our unit, B2, is where we keep everything organized. It’s a practical space, mostly concrete and functional. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. We just have the gear we need to get the job done. Ak Nagar is a good location for this kind of thing because it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the estate. We spend a lot of our time dealing with equipment and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the energy of the area. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know what we’re supposed to do. There isn’t a lot of standing around talking. We just get through the daily list and make sure things are handled. The estate can be dusty and loud, but that’s just part of the deal. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds don’t even bother us anymore. It’s just home for the business and it serves us well. We show up every day and keep the machines moving because that is what needs to happen.
