Ganesh Minerals

Our spot is at 5-2-5 on Atmakur Road in Telugu Peta. It’s a regular building where we store and move minerals throughout the day. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind blows through the open warehouse doors. We have stacks of bags piled up high and the guys are always busy shifting them from one corner to the other. There is a small desk near the entrance where we keep the books and handle the local people who stop by. It’s not a very quiet place because of the loading and unloading, but it’s what we are used to. Telugu Peta is a familiar area for us and most of the people walking by are neighbors or other business owners. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements. The walls are a bit stained from the mineral dust and the ceiling fans have a steady wobble. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy inside during the summer months. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed, and we just sit outside on the stone steps and wait for them to arrive. It’s a simple way of working. We don't worry about much except making sure the bags are dry and the trucks are loaded correctly before the sun sets. The Atmakur Road traffic is our daily background music and we wouldn't know what to do without that familiar hum outside our door.
