Deputy Project Manager

The office is located at 109 Srinilaya Residency in the Srinagar Colony area of Nellore. We are right by the Mini Bypass Road, so it is actually pretty easy to find if you are coming from the main part of town. This is the base for the Deputy Project Manager. It is a residential apartment building, so the office has a kitchen and a small balcony like a regular home. We use the main living area for the desks and the bedrooms for storing project files and equipment. Magunta Layout is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the traffic on the bypass road. The humidity in Nellore can be quite a lot, so we keep the fans going all day long. We manage various project sites from this location, so there are always people coming and going with reports and updates. It’s not a very formal place. We usually have our lunch together in the small dining area. The building has a watchman who knows us well. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and it serves our needs well enough. There is a small grocery store just down the street where we pick up supplies for our tea breaks. It is a practical setup for a project management team that needs to stay close to the local developments and keep things moving.
