C S General Stores

I've been working at C S General Stores for quite some time now. Our place is located at 3-6-521 in the Chemmumiahpet area of Ravindra Nagar. It’s just a normal shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Most days start pretty early because that is when the milk and bread deliveries show up at the door. I spend a lot of my time behind the wooden counter just waiting for the locals to stop by. Ravindra Nagar is a decent neighborhood, though it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We stock a bit of everything, from small snacks to household items that people forget they need until they run out. It can get pretty cramped in here when we have a lot of boxes arriving. Sometimes the lights flicker but we just ignore it. I usually eat my lunch in the back room while listening to the traffic go by on the main road. The shelves are a bit crowded and maybe not perfectly straight, but we know where everything is kept. It’s hard to keep things organized when the kids from the nearby school come in and mess up the candy jars. That is just how it goes here in Chemmumiahpet. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the old board out front. It’s a simple way to spend the day, talking to the regulars and making sure we have enough rice and oil for the week.
