You can find us near the under bridge in the Magunta Layout. It’s a well-known spot because everyone has to pass through here to get across town. The sound of the trains going over the bridge is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Our business is mostly about the movement of goods, so there are always tempos and trucks parked out front or trying to navigate the narrow turn by the bridge. The building itself is quite plain, filled with shelves and stacks of items waiting to be sent off to different parts of the country or abroad. We spend a lot of time taping up boxes and weighing parcels. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially when there are delays at the port or with the transport companies. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually the same few faces you’ll see every day. The Magunta Layout is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there is a nice community feel despite all the commercial activity. We often grab lunch from the local vendors who set up near the bridge. The work isn't glamorous and it involves a lot of sweat and dust, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of the inventory, but when it gets busy, the warehouse can look a bit chaotic. We just focus on getting the orders out and dealing with the next shipment.
