We are set up at number 42, which is quite close to the E I T Parry India Ltd plant. Being near such a big facility means the area is always humming with industrial activity, trucks coming and going, and people in uniforms walking around. Our building is a simple structure, nothing that would catch your eye from the road, but it serves us well for what we do with carbonic products. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of the business, making sure the equipment is running and the supplies are coming in on time. It is a dusty area, and sometimes the heat gets a bit much during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. Usually, it’s just a few of us in work clothes checking gauges or moving crates around. The guys who work here have been around the industry for years, so they know the smells and sounds of the shop floor by heart. We try to keep things straightforward and don’t see the point in using big words to describe what is essentially just hard work. If someone comes by, they’ll probably find us in the back or near the loading area. It’s a busy life, but it suits us fine, and we’ve been at this address long enough to feel like part of the local scenery for the long haul.
