Navjeevan Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Dharani Residency, specifically at 5 4 5/501. It might seem a bit odd to have a seed company in a residency building, but it works for our administrative side of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and farmers about different crop cycles. The office is usually filled with samples and folders. We aren't doing any big fancy presentations here. It’s mostly just checking the quality of the seeds and making sure the distribution is moving along. Seeds are a tricky business because you have to get the timing right with the seasons. If you miss a window, you’re stuck waiting for months. We’ve been at this for a while now and have seen the weather change how things work. Some days are slow and we just catch up on paperwork, and other days it feels like everyone needs a shipment at once. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to keep the operations moving. Dharani Residency is a decent place to be located. It’s easy for our partners to find us when they need to drop off documents. We don't put on any airs here. We just know our seeds and we make sure they get to where they’re supposed to go without too much fuss. There is usually a stack of mail on the desk from different regional offices we deal with. We just take it day by day and keep the inventory records updated.
