We are located on Veer Park Road. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main market area. We’ve been operating from here for a few years now. The shop is just a single room with some shelves and a counter. We don't have many employees, just me and a couple of helpers. Most of our day is spent dealing with local people who walk in. We also handle some deliveries for the shops nearby. The sign outside is a bit small, so people sometimes walk past it the first time. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where we do our business. We keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze because the fan doesn't do much in the heat. There’s a park nearby, which is nice for a walk during lunch. We handle a variety of items depending on what people are asking for lately. I try to keep the books tidy, but sometimes things get a bit behind when it’s a busy week. We don't really have a big corporate strategy. We just wake up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. If a customer needs something we don't have, we try to find it for them by the next day. It’s a simple way to work, and it keeps us going. The neighbors are friendly, and we often share tea in the afternoons. Sometimes the rain leaks through the front door, but we just put a towel down and carry on.
