We’re located right at the Bus Stand in the Patwa Complex in Kukdeshwar. It’s a central spot in Neemuch, so people see us coming and going all day. We do construction work, mostly around this part of Madhya Pradesh. We call it nirman because that’s what it is—building things from the ground up. It’s not always easy. We have to deal with the heat and sometimes it’s hard to find the right materials in a small town. But we make it work. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits. One guy is really good at laying bricks, another handles the truck. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning. We’re usually out where the dust is. It’s a practical life. We help people build their houses or shops. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing talk. If you want something built, we talk about it and then we start digging. That’s the way we’ve always done it. Being near the bus stand means there’s always noise and people around, which we like. It keeps us feeling connected to the town. We’re just a local company trying to do right by our neighbors and earn a decent living. We have been in this complex since we started and it works for us.
