Shiv Kripa Food Makers

We run our food making business out of the Laxmi Vihar Colony in Gram Gawli Palasia. It is a relatively quiet area in the Tehsil of Mhow, away from the main city rush. Shiv Kripa Food Makers is basically a large kitchen where we prepare various food items and snacks every single day. The smell of ground spices and cooking dough usually fills the whole air by eight in the morning. We use big metal pots and very heavy pans for our work. It is not a restaurant where people sit down at tables to eat; it is more of a dedicated production space for making goods. We have large sacks of flour and plastic containers of oil stacked up in the corners of the room. Our hands are usually busy mixing ingredients or packing finished items into cardboard boxes. We have a few people from the local colony who come in to help out when things get extra busy during the festival seasons. The floor is made of tile and we spend a lot of time scrubbing it down with water at the end of every day. It is a family-run sort of thing, so there is always some loud conversation going on while we are working. We do not have a big neon sign outside, just the usual sounds of a working kitchen. Most of our neighbors know what we do because they can smell the food.
