Redington India Ltd

In Neemuch, we are set up at 4 Teachers Colony, which is part of the Cantt area. Redington India Ltd has been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. It is a decent place to work. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm, which helps when we are trying to focus on our inventory and distribution lists. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a space for whatever stock is moving through that week. People in the colony see us coming and going every day. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. Instead, it’s more about being reliable and getting the logistics right for the local area. We deal with a lot of different people, mostly just talking through what needs to be delivered and when. The weather in Neemuch can get quite dry and dusty, so there is always a bit of cleaning to do to keep the equipment in good shape. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to happen by five o'clock and we work toward that. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment arrives, but we take it as it comes. It is just honest work done by people who live right here in the district. We like the simplicity of it all, really.
