You can find us on Bus Stand Road in Neemach. Being so close to the bus stand means it is never really quiet around here. There is always the sound of engines and people shouting for passengers, which you just get used to after a week or so. Our shop is a bit of a hub for people coming into town from the surrounding villages. We handle various trading goods, so our inventory changes depending on the season and what people are asking for. The floor is made of rough concrete and we have bags and crates stacked up nearly to the ceiling in the back room. Sometimes it is hard to find a specific item quickly, but we usually know which pile it is in. The dust from the road comes in whenever the door is open, so we are always dusting off the counters. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle the loading and the billing. On hot days, the ceiling fan just moves the warm air around, so we usually sit near the front to catch any breeze. It is a practical kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because our customers just want to know if we have what they need at a fair price. We’ve been part of this street for a long time and we like the rhythm of the daily market. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening.
