Mahakali Foods Private Limited is located at 17 Main Road in Kodariya, which is part of the Mhow area. Being on the main road means we are right in the middle of everything. You can usually smell what’s going on in our kitchen or processing area from quite a distance. It’s a food business, so there is always a lot of washing, chopping, and packing happening at all hours. The building is an old one, but we’ve made it work for our needs over the years. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time, and we all know our roles. The traffic on the main road in Kodariya is pretty constant, so there is a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. We have a counter where people can come in, but most of the activity is in the back where the actual food prep happens. We use local ingredients when we can get them from the markets nearby. It’s a busy life, and we don’t have much time for sitting around. The shelves are usually full of jars and bags ready to be sent out. We don’t go for anything fancy with the packaging; we just make sure it’s clean and sealed right. It’s just a regular food shop doing its thing day in and day out on the busy street, keeping the local traditions alive.
