We are located right inside the Naya Bazar area of Neemuch. Specifically, you can find Hajee A.P. Baba& Co. sharing space with Mateshwari Sarees at number 198. It might seem like a bit of a squeeze having a company office inside a saree shop, but in a busy market like this, you use the space you have. Neemuch is a tight-knit place, and being in the bazaar means we are always around people. I spend most of my day at the back where we handle the accounts and the business side of things while the fabric trade happens up front. It gets noisy with all the shoppers and the bikes zooming past outside, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to run a steady business that helps the local economy. Sometimes people get confused looking for us, but just ask anyone where the saree shop is, and they’ll point you the right way. Working in Madhya Pradesh has its own charm, especially in a place with as much history as Neemuch. We don't have a big HR department or fancy break rooms. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We do what we do and try to stay honest about it. It works for us and has worked for a long time now. The market life keeps us on our toes every single day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
