Asian Spices

We operate out of House No-89 in Rajat Green Colony. It’s on Koderiya Road in Mhow. If you know where the Army Inspection Bungalow is, we are right near that. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We call it Asian Spices, but it’s really just a small setup inside the house and the back area. We spend our days sorting through whole spices. It’s manual work mostly. You have to check everything by hand to make sure it’s decent. The smell of cardamom and cumin is always floating around the colony. I think the neighbors can tell when we’re grinding something strong. We moved here a while back because it was a good spot to manage things from home. It’s not a big warehouse or anything. Just a regular house where we’ve dedicated most of the space to the business. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house in Rajat Green, but they eventually get here. We aren’t really into big talk. We just want to get the spices packed and out the door. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like sealing bags and labeling them by hand. It keeps us occupied. Mhow is a nice place to live and work, even if it gets a bit dusty on Koderiya Road sometimes. We’re just here doing our thing.
