Advanced Building Consultant

You can find us over at Kamal Chowk in the Balaji Complex, specifically at Office No.3. Being building consultants means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with local regulations. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. The office is usually covered in rolled-up blueprints and coffee mugs. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all been in the construction world for long enough to know how things really go on the ground. People come to us when they are trying to figure out if their project makes sense or if the walls are going to stay up properly. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and one of us will look up from a drawing. Balaji Complex is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what they need to hear about their buildings, even if it's not the fun stuff. It’s about being practical and making sure the math works out. Sometimes we’re out at sites all day, and the office stays locked, but mostly we’re here grinding through the details. It's not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing after all these months. It's just home for us. We've got a little shelf with old samples of bricks and tiles that have been there since the day we moved in.
