Our place is out in the New Industrial Complex in Majrakath. If you know the Neemrana area, you know it's grown a lot lately. We are at Plot No.Sp2-96. It’s an industrial setup, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. We’ve been operating here for some time now, focusing on the work at hand. The area gets dusty and the roads can be a bit rough depending on the season. Working in a place like Daido India Pvt. Ltd. means a lot of daily routine. We aren't a big flashy office in the city. It’s more about the machines and the production floor. The staff mostly comes from the nearby towns. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn't much to see if you're just passing through, but we're always busy inside. The heat in Rajasthan can be something else in the summer, which makes the factory floor quite warm. We just get on with it, though. We’ve got our systems in place and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits here unless there’s a specific reason. Most of the time it’s just work clothes and getting things shipped out on time. We’ve been part of this industrial zone since it started picking up speed. It’s a quiet life in Neemrana, but the work keeps us focused. We don't have a lot of visitors, but that's fine with us. We just keep our heads down and work.
