Somatheeram Health Resort

Somatheeram Health Resort is situated in a very green part of Thiruvananthapuram. We are specifically over in Upasana, near Mukkolackal in Nedumangad. The air is a bit different here because of all the trees and plants. We spend our days making sure the grounds are kept neat and that the people coming for health treatments are comfortable. It is a very quiet place, which is why people like it. We have staff who know a lot about traditional ways of helping the body feel better. We don't have a big marketing team, just local people who have been working here for years. Every morning starts early with cleaning and getting the oils and herbs ready. The address is a bit long but once you find us, it is very peaceful. We don't go around making big claims. We just provide a space where things are slower than the city. You can hear the birds and the wind most of the time. We take care of the rooms and the food, making sure everything is simple and clean. It’s a lot of physical work for us, but seeing people leave looking more relaxed makes it worth the effort. We just stay focused on the daily tasks in Nedumangad. It is a good place to be if you want to get away from the noise for a while.
