Rims Speciality Hospital

Rims is situated on Government College Road in Nedumangadu. It is a busy street with students and buses going past all day long. The hospital itself is a place where a lot of local people from the Nedumangadu area come when they need more than just a basic checkup. We have different floors for different specialties. Some days are very hectic, especially in the mornings when the outpatient departments are open. You will see people waiting in line to register and others heading up to see the specialists. The building is functional and we do our best to keep up with the maintenance. It's a big operation with a lot of nurses, lab technicians, and cleaning staff moving around constantly. We have an emergency area that stays open because you never know when someone will need help late at night. The wards are often full and the kitchen stays busy preparing meals for the patients. It is not a quiet environment; there is always the sound of wheels on the floor or someone being called over the system. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just a hospital that has been part of this town for a good while. Every day is different here, with new challenges and a lot of people to look after. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure things run as smoothly as they can.
