We are based at Plavilakathuveedu, specifically at N.T.R.A(H):68 in Palayam, Thekkumkara. This is in the Nedumangadu area of the Thiruvananthapuram district. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the full address when someone asks, but it’s a nice place to be located in Kerala. Even though the company name mentions Dubai, our actual work happens right here in this community. We do value engineering, which basically means we look at how things are being built and see if there are more practical or affordable ways to do it. It involves a lot of looking at blueprints and crunching numbers all day. The office is quite simple and feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small team of local people who really know their stuff. We don't go in for big presentations or all that marketing talk you hear from bigger firms. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before and know we do a decent job. It’s a quiet life here for the most part, away from the big city rush of the center. We just focus on the projects sitting on our desks. Sometimes the rain in Kerala gets so loud on the roof that we can barely hear each other talk, but we just keep working through it. We try to be honest about what we can achieve and how long it will take us. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good, thorough job from our base.
