Prathana Industries

You can find Prathana Industries right near the railway station in Hathkangale. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains go by all day long, but you stop noticing it after a few days. Our building is pretty straightforward, just a place for us to do our industrial work. We don’t have a big sign or any flashing lights. We mostly just focus on the machines and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't a big corporation with departments; we’re just a small group of people who know how to run the equipment. When a machine breaks, we’re the ones who fix it. We don't have a human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Hathkangale is a busy little place, and being near the station makes it easy for our workers to get here. We keep our overhead low and our processes simple. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the shift. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a few years now without much changing in our routine.
