Maheshwari Auto Parts is located right on the Main Road in Girdhar Market, which is part of Taluka Shamshabad in Dist Vidisha. We are very close to the Nath Ji Maharaj Temple, so you can often hear the bells and the sounds from the temple while we are working. The market is a lively place with lots of other shops, but we’ve carved out our own little space here for auto parts. We stock everything from small nuts and bolts to larger engine components for various types of vehicles. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up, but we know exactly where everything is. People come from all over Shamshabad when they can’t find a part elsewhere. We spend a lot of our day looking through catalogs or checking the back room to see if we have what someone needs. The business was started by the family and we’ve kept it going through good times and bad. We don't have any fancy displays, just the parts on the shelves and a counter where we talk to the mechanics and drivers. It gets busy during the harvest season when the tractors need repairs, and those are our longest days. We just try to stay helpful and keep the shop running smoothly so that the people in Vidisha have a place they can count on. We aren't interested in being huge, just in doing what we do right and seeing the same faces walk in year after year.
