Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd Mangalore

We are located in Ward No. 1, over in Upper Nazira Konwar Gaon. Our place is near the ONGC Head Office, which is a big landmark in the Sivasagar area. Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd Mangalore is the name on the gate, though most people just know us by where we are. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The surroundings are mostly quiet, except for the activity around the ONGC office. We handle a lot of soya products, and there’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded in the yard. The building is large and functional, built more for storage and work than for looking nice. We spend a lot of time on the warehouse floor, checking bags and making sure everything is stored correctly. It’s often hot, and the work can be repetitive, but it’s what keeps the lights on. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff here. It’s just a team of people doing their jobs. We’ve been in the Nazira area for a while and have seen a lot of people come and go. Dealing with logistics and supply is mostly about solving small problems before they get big. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the daily operations and making sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment, and we like it that way.
