Simplex Infra

Our team at Simplex Infra is located in Gandhabaran, which is a small place in the Nayagarh district of Orissa. It is a quiet area surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space. Working here is quite different from being in a crowded city. The pace is a bit more relaxed but the work itself is still hard. We deal with various infrastructure projects in this part of the state. The monsoon season is usually the toughest time because the rains can be very heavy and things get muddy fast. Our office is a basic building where we keep our records and meet to discuss the day’s plans. We are mostly local people who grew up around here, so we know the shortcuts and the local weather patterns. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the various sites we manage. You won't find any glossy brochures in our office, just stacks of paper and some old wooden chairs. We don't spend money on big advertisements because everyone around Nayagarh knows where to find us if they need something done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep working. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the progress we made that morning. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We just want to finish the job and move on to the next one in the area.
