We are situated in the village area of Badapandusar, which is near Itamati in the Nayagarh district. It is a bit of a quiet spot in Orissa compared to the big cities, but it’s where we need to be for our current work. The office is simple, just a place to keep the tools and the paperwork from getting messed up. We spend most of our time out on the roads or at the bridge sites nearby. Being in Nayagarh means we deal with a lot of local logistics and rural infrastructure needs. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. There are usually a few of us around to answer questions or check on the progress of a job. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep working through it. We know the local area well and have been operating out of this post office box and location for a good while. It’s a honest day's work for everyone here. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to get the infrastructure projects completed as they should be. It’s a practical way to run things in this part of the state. Life is a bit slower here than in the cities, but the work is just as demanding when there are deadlines to meet. We just keep going.
