Bala Ji Auto Tech

Our workshop is at Plot No. J-1420 in the Nayagaon Industrial Area. We are right near the Shiv Mandir, so that’s usually how people find their way here. The industrial area can be a bit confusing with all the plots and narrow roads, but once you see the temple, you’re pretty much there. We deal with auto technology and repairs of all sorts. It’s a lot of hands-on work every day. We spend most of our time under cars or looking at engines that won't start. The floor is usually covered in some kind of oil or dirt, no matter how much we sweep at the end of the shift. It’s a noisy place with the tools running and the fans going, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big chain with fancy uniforms. It's just a local spot where we know the people who come in. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or a coffee machine. Most folks just stand around and talk to us while we look at their vehicles. We've been at this for several years now. It started as a hobby for a few of us and then we finally got this plot. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what can wait. Sometimes we can't get a part right away and have to wait for the delivery, which can be annoying for everyone. We don't have a fancy website or social media. We just show up every morning and work.
