Max India Ltd

Max India Ltd is located at Bhai Mohan Singh Agar in Railmajra, which is in the Tahsil Balachur area. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a big city. We have a lot more space out here. The air is a bit clearer, though it gets dusty from the industrial work. We are a pretty large operation, but we try to keep things grounded. The office is part of a bigger complex where a lot of the actual work happens. You can hear the sounds of the machinery and the trucks moving throughout the day. We have a lot of people working here, from the office staff to the folks out on the floor. We spend a lot of time in meetings just trying to keep everyone on the same page. It’s not about fancy mission statements; it’s just about making sure the production stays on schedule. We have a canteen where most of us eat lunch together. It’s a good way to catch up on things that aren't about work. The drive out to Railmajra can be long for some, but it’s a nice change of pace from the city traffic. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and many people from the nearby villages work with us. It’s a big place but it feels like a regular workplace once you get inside.
