We are located right behind the Sabji Mandi in Nawanshahr. It’s a busy area, especially early in the morning when the vegetables are coming in. We’ve been building things in this town for quite some time now. Our setup is pretty basic. We have an office where we keep our maps and records, but most of our time is spent on construction sites. We handle the actual building work, from the foundation up to the roof. We aren't fancy people; we’re builders who know how to work with our hands and tools. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our clients are people who saw a house we built or heard about us from a friend. We deal with the local weather and the local materials every day. Sometimes getting supplies on time is a real headache, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to be honest about how much things will cost and how long they will take. We don't use complicated contracts or big words. It's just about putting one brick on top of another until the house is finally done. Being near the Mandi means we’re easy to find, even if the area is a bit crowded and loud. We’re just local people doing a job we know well and making sure things stay standing. It is honest work for the community here.
