Our place is over at Road No.-1 in the Ext. Rajbansi Nagar area of New Capital Patna. It is actually at Vikram Ranveer’s house, and he is the son of Vijay Narian Roy. We do building solutions, which basically means we figure out how to fix things or get a structure standing properly. Patna is a crowded place, so working here takes a lot of patience with the traffic and the narrow lanes. We started this because there was a need for someone local who actually shows up when they say they will. We do not have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Usually, it is just us talking to people about what they need for their homes or shops. Sometimes we are working late because a project is behind or the rain messed something up. We try to keep things simple and practical. We know the streets around Rajbansi Nagar like the back of our hands. It is not always easy work, especially when the heat is bad in the summer, but we get through it. We focus on the everyday problems people have with their buildings. It is mostly about using the right materials and not cutting corners. We stay busy enough just by word of mouth from people who have seen what we do. It is a local operation through and through and we like it that way.
