Rajendra Sharma and Sons Greenestate Builders Private Limited is a family business. We are based in Village Pachada, which is in the Hisua area of Nalanda. Our office is at Sachchidanand Kumar’s house. We are not a big corporate entity with offices in different cities. We are just local builders from 805103. We do construction work and greenestate projects around this part of Bihar. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just people who know how to build houses and other structures. Most of the men working with us are from Pachada or the nearby villages. We like it that way because we all know each other. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate things. We just want to do a solid job so we can keep working. Sometimes it’s hard to get supplies out to the village, but we’ve been here long enough to have our own ways of managing. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big advertisements. Our reputation in Nalanda is built on the work we’ve already done for our neighbors and local folks. We just take it one day at a time and try to be fair with everyone. It is a quiet life here, and we like the work we do. It’s practical, honest, and it keeps us busy through the year.
