L&T Ecc

We are located in Samhari Garh village, which is out near Kadir Ganj in the Nawada district of Bihar. It's a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the area, but the 805104 pin code is home for us. This L&T Ecc office is basically just a local hub for the work happening in this part of the state. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-end furniture. It’s a functional space where we can sit down, look at maps, and talk about what needs to happen on the sites. Being in a rural post like this means we have to be a bit more self-reliant. Sometimes the power goes out, or the mail takes an extra day to arrive, but we make do. We are just local people working on local projects. There’s a lot of dust in the summer and mud in the monsoon, but that’s just Bihar for you. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It's more about having a cup of tea and discussing the day's tasks with whoever is in the office. We know the land and we know the people around here. It helps us get things done without too much fuss or overhead. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office building. We just want to make sure the work gets done right and on time. It’s a practical way to run things for everyone involved in the daily operations.
