Kumar & Sons

Kumar & Sons is our family place located in the village of Shawazpur Sarai. We are near the Sitamarhi police station in the Nawada district. It is a quiet part of the country, away from all the noise of the big cities. My sons and I run the whole thing ourselves, just like my father used to do. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big office with air conditioning. We just have our workspace and our tools. Most of the people we deal with are from around Shawazpur Sarai or the neighboring villages. They know they can find us here if they need anything. The road to our place can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we don't mind it. We’ve lived in Nawada all our lives. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. Our only goal is to do the work right so we can pay the bills and keep the family going. Sometimes we sit outside under the tree when the work is slow and just talk to the neighbors. It is a simple life, and we aren't looking to change it. We don't use computers much; most of our records are just kept in a big notebook. It works for us and has worked for years. If you come by Sitamarhi, you will find us easily enough just by asking anyone. It is our family legacy and we protect it.
