You can find us over on Purani Jail Road, right near the Harishchandra Stadium in Nawada. Being in Bihar, things move at their own pace here, which we’ve gotten used to. Engineering And Services is what the sign says, and that’s pretty much what we do every day. The stadium is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Our building is nothing special, just a standard place where we can keep our tools and parts. Most of our day is spent helping people out with various technical issues or fixing things that have broken down. It’s a mix of different jobs, so no two days are really the same. Sometimes we're out on a site, and other times we're just sitting in the shop waiting for the next thing to happen. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up and the traffic is heavy. We’ve got a small group of guys who have been working together for a few years now. We know each other's habits and jokes, which makes the day go by faster. We don't bother with a lot of paperwork if we don't have to. It's about getting the service done and making sure it actually works. People around here know we're at the stadium road if they need anything engineered or looked at. It’s a humble setup, but it suits us just fine for the work we do. We don't need much else besides our tools and a bit of space.
