Diksha Children Foundation

We are over here in Nawada, specifically at Ajay Kumar’s place in Panch Nenaura. It is a small village area called Nennenaura Tola. Being around here means we see a lot of kids who need things. Diksha Children Foundation isn't some big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a few of us trying to get things done every day. Some days are slow and some days we are running around quite a bit. Living in a place like Nawada 805109, you get to know everyone's names. We spend our time checking on families and seeing what the little ones need for school or just for staying healthy. It’s not always easy work because the roads can be rough and the weather gets really hot here. But we just keep going. Ajay handles a lot of the organizing from his home. People walk in and talk to us about their problems. We don't have fancy brochures. We just talk and see what we can do. Sometimes we are helping with books and other times it is just advice. It feels good to be part of the community here in the village. We aren't trying to change the whole world at once, just the small part we live in. That's pretty much what we do. We wake up, see who needs help, and try to make the day a bit better for the local kids.
