It’s a good spot because people don't have to go looking for us in some back alley. Hilsa is a lively place, and Ekangarsarai has its own character. Amarendra is the one who really keeps the foundation going day to day. We are just a small team of locals. We don't have a lot of money for fancy decorations, so the office is pretty plain. We use simple tables and chairs and focus on our tasks. It is not a polished corporate environment at all. It feels more like a shop or a local meeting point. We talk in plain English and don't try to sound like we are bigger than we are. People stop by when they are out doing their shopping or errands. That’s the kind of relationship we want with the town. It’s about being accessible and just being there when someone needs a bit of help or advice. We are just a part of the local fabric here. We are just putting our location on the Main Road out there for everyone. It’s a humble setup but it works well enough.
