Naaz Garments

This is Naaz Garments and we are over in Akber Pur Nezama. It’s a simple place and we’ve been here for a good number of years now. We mostly deal with clothes and stitching. There are always rolls of fabric sitting around and the sound of machines going in the background. It is not the cleanest work in the world but we don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby for people to sit in. Usually people just walk in and talk to us while we are working. We try to keep up with the orders but sometimes things get backed up when the power goes out or a machine breaks down. It is just the way it goes in this business. We don't have any big goals of being famous. We just want to make enough to keep the lights on and help our families. Akber Pur is a busy neighborhood and there is always something happening outside the door. We buy our thread and buttons from the local markets and just keep moving. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to be finished. We don't really have a set schedule but we are usually here from early morning. It is a lot of hard work and we are just trying to do our best with what we have. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years.
