Agrculture

We've been here at house number 4-25 in Ippatur for a while now. It's mostly just local work we do. Farming takes up a lot of our time. Most days start pretty early because the weather doesn't wait for anyone. We handle the usual crops that grow around here. It isn't a big operation, just us and a few hands when things get busy during the harvest. The soil in this part of Nawabpet is okay if you treat it right. We spend a lot of time fixing tools or checking on the water. It’s hard work, but it's what we know. People around the village see us out there every day. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. If you need to find us, we're usually out in the fields or near the house. Sometimes the rain helps, other times it makes everything a mess. We just take it as it comes. It's been this way for years. Living and working in Ippatur is quiet, which suits us fine. There is always something that needs doing, like clearing weeds or looking after the equipment. It keeps us occupied. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The seasons change but the daily chores stay pretty much the same for us. It’s not always easy, but we make it work somehow.
