Yashfeen Hospital

Our building is Yashfeen Hospital, and we are located right opposite the Morarji Desai Market in Viraval. Being at the post Viraval area means we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. The market across the street is usually buzzing with people buying groceries and supplies, especially in the mornings. You can hear the vendors calling out and the sounds of various carts moving around. We have a simple setup here. It’s a hospital, so things are mostly about the daily rounds and making sure the beds are ready. The street outside is often crowded with people heading to the market or the post office nearby. We spend a lot of time just keeping the paperwork in order and making sure the medicine cabinets are full. It's a functional space without any extra frills. The building itself is easy to spot because of its size compared to some of the smaller shops around it. We see a lot of people from the surrounding villages coming in. On hot days, the lobby can get a bit warm, but we have fans going to keep the air moving. We don't spend much time on decorations; we just keep the place clean and focus on the patients who are staying with us. It's the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else after a while. The rhythm of the hospital follows the rhythm of the market across the road, starting early and slowing down as the sun goes down.
