We are tucked away in the community centre at Naraina Phase-1. It’s right next to the PVR, so it’s easy to tell people where to go. Our space is in flats 102 and 103 at number 6. It’s not a huge place, just enough for what Walklite Footwear (India) Pvt. Ltd. needs to do. There’s always people walking by because of the cinema and the shops nearby. The stairs can be a bit steep when we’re moving boxes of shoes around. We have a lot of samples sitting on shelves and paperwork piled up on the desks. It gets a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in. Naraina is a busy industrial and commercial hub, so there is always noise from the street and people shouting. We’ve been here for a while. It’s a practical spot for us. We don’t have a big storefront with lights. Just the office and some storage. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to carry everything up. It’s not ideal but we manage. Most days it’s just us answering phones and checking the inventory. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the day. It’s a simple kind of vibe. We keep the fans running all day to stay cool.
