Waho Sales Corporation

Our spot is over in Aramnagar 1, right in 7 Bungalows. It’s a bit of a strange area because it used to be just houses, but now it’s full of small offices like ours. We are at number 60. The space is a bit cramped because we have samples and stock everywhere. You have to watch your step when you walk through the door so you don't trip over a carton. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people all over the city. It gets quite loud in here when three people are talking at once. Andheri West is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around the place, even if it’s just the sound of traffic and people shouting outside. We don’t have a regular cleaning crew, so we just tidy up ourselves at the end of the day. The windows are usually left open to let some air in, even if it brings in some dust. We’ve got an old sofa in the corner where people sit if they’re waiting, but it’s mostly just us working through our lists. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things moving. We know the tea seller and the guy at the stationary shop by name. It feels like a small village inside a big city. We just do our thing here.
