Verdant Eco Bags Manufacturing Company

Our place is located on Gandevi Road in the Devsar area. It’s more of a workspace than a fancy store. We spend our days making bags that aren't made of plastic. We use different materials that are better for the environment. It’s a lot of cutting and stitching going on here. The machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once. We started this because we saw too much trash around and wanted to do something different. It’s not a huge factory, just a decent-sized space where we can get the work done. The floor is usually covered in scraps of fabric by the end of the day. We try to keep it organized, but when we have a big order to finish, things get a bit messy. Devsar is a quiet enough spot, but Gandevi Road has its fair share of trucks and cars passing through. We have a small group of people working here, mostly local folks from the neighborhood. We don't have a sales team or anything like that. We just focus on the manufacturing part. Sometimes we have visitors who want to see how the bags are made, and we show them around if we aren't too busy. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the community here. The hum of the sewing machines is the soundtrack to our days.
