We set up shop here at Premji Complex on M S Road quite a while back. We are just number 6 in the building. It’s easy to find because we are quite close to K G Hospital. Being near a hospital means the area is always active. People are coming and going at all hours. We handle all sorts of travel needs for the folks around here. Navsari is our home, and we like being part of the community on M S Road. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We spend our days talking to drivers and making sure bookings are confirmed. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are hiccups, like a flat tire or a delayed train. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people talking. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. If a trip isn't possible, we say so. If it is, we get to work on the details. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Most days are spent drinking tea and looking at schedules. It's a living, and we're glad to be doing it here in Navsari near the hospital.
