Propylon Products is tucked away in the Nif Compound on Chhapra Road. If you’re looking for our mail, it goes to Post Box No. 69. The compound has been here for years, and it’s got that old-school feel to it. We aren't much for fancy decorations or big front desks. Mostly, our space is filled with whatever we’re making at the time. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new shipment comes in. Chhapra Road can get pretty busy during the day, so getting in and out sometimes takes longer than you’d like. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for quite some time. We know how the machines sound when they’re working right and when they’re about to act up. It’s just the way it is in a small setup like ours. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to the Nif Compound for decades. The roof leaks a little when the monsoon is heavy, so we just move the boxes and keep going. It’s part of the charm, I suppose. Working on Chhapra Road means we are close to everything, which is nice for the staff. We usually bring our own lunch and sit around the main desk to eat. We talk about regular stuff—cricket, the weather, or how the road needs fixing again. We don't have a big HR department. If there's a problem, we just talk it out. It's just us getting through the week.
