Max Unisex Saloon

Max Unisex Saloon is located right in Sai Darshan Apartments at Shop No. 7. We are near the Dudhia Talab area, which is a nice landmark if you are trying to find us. Since we are in an apartment building, we see the same faces every single day. We get men, women, and kids coming in, which is why we call it a unisex shop. The space isn't huge but we have different sections for different things. There is usually a bit of gossip going on because everyone knows each other around here. Asha Baug is a quiet enough neighborhood except for when the school bus comes by. We have a couple of chairs and some big mirrors that we got when we first opened. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but with the pond nearby, sometimes it gets a bit damp in the air. We don't have any big mission or anything, we just cut hair and do what the customers ask for. Some people come in just to sit and talk for a bit while they wait. We have a small television in the corner that is usually playing the news or a cricket match. It feels like a part of the community here at Sai Darshan Apartments. We open up early and stay open until the last person leaves. It’s just a local business doing local things for the people around Dudhia Talab. We always keep a jar of hard candies for the neighborhood kids.
