Material Handling Services

We spend most of our time here at No. 8/1867. It is right across from the Prajapati Ashram, which is a good landmark because people always get lost looking for us near Chimnabai Road. The street gets pretty dusty when the trucks come through. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting stuff, moving things from one corner to another. It isn't very glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Usually, one of us is out front checking the gate while the others are inside handling the equipment. Sometimes the ashram across the way is quiet, and other days there are a lot of people around. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We have been in this spot for a while now. The walls could use a bit of paint, but we haven't really had the time to stop and do it. We just focus on what needs to be moved that day. It's a lot of metal and grease and making sure things are where they belong. The Chimnabai Road traffic can be a real pain in the afternoons, especially when we are trying to get a delivery out. You just get used to the noise and the routine after a few years. It's just a regular place where we work hard and go home tired. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that, just the workshop and the space we need.
