We are located out in Po.Arak, specifically at Block No.188B and 190-192. This is in the Jalalpore area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like having the space out here. Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd has quite a bit of room to move around in these blocks. The air is a bit clearer out here than in the center of town. We have several sections to the property where different things happen. It can get a bit dusty because of what we do, but that’s expected. We have a gatekeeper who knows everyone’s face by now. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just follow the routine that we know works. Sometimes the weather affects how we work, especially during the heavy rains when the roads get muddy. We just deal with it as it comes. There isn't a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a delivery. We keep the paperwork in a small office near the entrance. It’s a quiet life out in Jalalpore for the most part. We just focus on getting the work sorted and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly before they head out. It’s a lot of physical effort, but it keeps us busy.
