Lions Industrial Security & Managemant Service Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No 109 in the Surbhi Complex. This is in Alkapuri, quite close to Shivaji Chowk in Vijalpore. The complex itself is always bustling with different businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. Our office is one of those places where the door is almost always open. We deal with both security and management, so the desk is usually split between two different types of files. It can get a bit confusing if you aren't used to it, but we have our system. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a big table where we lay out the schedules for the industrial sites we manage. Vijalpore is a fast-growing area, and being near Shivaji Chowk means we are right in the thick of things. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the local neighborhood. We focus on the day-to-day stuff, like making sure the gates are manned and the payroll is sorted out on time.
