Kalpana Travel Service has been located at 169/170 in the Shopping Centre at Dudhia Talav for quite a long time. Navsari is our home, and being in the Dudhia Talav area means we are right in the heart of things. The shopping center is a busy place with all kinds of stores, so there is always something going on. Our office is just a regular unit in the complex. It’s not very big, but it has everything we need to help people with their travels. We have been sitting at these same desks for years, watching the people of Navsari go about their lives. We don't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a place where you can come in, sit down, and have a real conversation about where you want to go. We deal with all sorts of requests, and we try to be as practical as possible about the advice we give. Sometimes the shopping center gets really crowded on weekends, but we are usually here regardless. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what the prices are and what the schedules look like. It’s a simple business built on being around for a long time and knowing the local area well.
