If you’re looking for Suraj Industries, we are located in New GIDC Kabilpore. Our unit is C-1-b/456/1, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the big water tank. We are right opposite that. It’s a good landmark because the lanes in GIDC can look the same after a while. We do a lot of heavy lifting and fabrication work here. The shop floor is always active. We have a mix of old hands and younger guys learning the trade. It’s not a quiet place. There is the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of power tools most of the day. We don't really do the whole office culture thing. Our office is just a small desk in the corner with some ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. We prefer being out where the work happens. Kabilpore is a growing area, and we’ve seen more units pop up around us lately. We stay busy with the local demand. When things get hectic, we might stay late to finish a batch. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who buy from us. We keep our equipment maintained and our floor swept as best as we can. It’s a practical, no-nonsense workshop. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot by the water tank now and they just drop by.
