Hi-Shine Inks (Unit-2)

This is Unit-2 of Hi-Shine Inks, and we are located at C1-203 in the Gidc area. It’s a typical industrial unit with high ceilings and concrete floors. We spend our days surrounded by various containers and the smell of the materials we work with. It’s not a scent everyone would like, but we don’t even notice it anymore. The Gidc estate is a maze of similar-looking buildings, so we usually tell people to look for the big blue door. Inside, it’s mostly just work areas and a small corner with a table where we eat our lunch. We don't have a dedicated receptionist or a fancy lobby. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. That’s just how we operate. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we don’t need to say much to get the work done. We just know the routine. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. There’s no point in getting stressed over things that happen every other week. We focus on keeping everything moving and making sure the floor stays relatively tidy. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere. We like the honesty of this kind of labor. It’s just us, doing our daily jobs and making it through the week.
